Know About  GIRIHINDA MOUNTAIN In Sheikhpura

Sheikhpura District in one of the 38th district of Bihar state where some very pleasant places, in which 'Girihinda mountain ' is one of them.

Girihinda mountain is also known as Girihinda Pahar. It is know the dignity of Sheikhpura it has very famous for SHIVA GOD's temple & also for picnic to celebrate 1th and 14th January every year.

Temple is mainly famous for SHIVA & PARBITI, but there are many statue of  other gods.

'Girihinda pahar' or 'Girihinda mountain's is situated in heart of sheikhpura.

This mountain one of the very old places in sheikhpura.

This is also one of those mountains in which we can reach by ladder as well as road. Since both rout are built by cut rocks & stones but it's a very safe rout to go to the mountain.

Girihinda pahar (Temple) is built by Shukanshav who was very donetor man this mountain is example of his doneterness.

there are fairs (Mela) on this mountain on the occasion of Bhado (भादो)'s poornima and Shivratri's Festival every year.These fairs famous for those people who live here and near of shiekhpura.Since this is Shiva's Temple (मंदिर) so this place is always center of attraction for all people.

                                  

Girihinda phara is also famous for celebrate 'new year' in 1st jan,we can she crowed from morning to evening.There are same shops for tourists .........

Nowadays there are many blindings are builting for public to organise functions.on mountain we can take many pictures which look very lovely.
